This painting forms part of my “Little One Liners” collection. A collection of paintings completed during a 10-day project in early April 2021. I completed a painting a day for 10 days, each painting is inspired by one of my sketchbook single line illustrations. “Prickly Little Cactus with a Flower on Top” was drawn and painted on Day 5 (April 9, 2021).
This collection was all about having fun and staying loose by not overthinking the process and just letting my hand do its thing.
